The IBC Bulk Bag Filler is configurable for a wide range of powders, flakes, and granular materials and is well suited for low- to moderate-volume production requirements. Feeding options including slide gates, augers, and rotary air locks allow the system to support many different material handling applications. Integrated digital scale systems provide accurate bag filling with consistent weight tolerances, while welded tubular steel construction delivers reliable long-term performance. An inflatable bag seal cuff helps maintain dust-controlled filling, and optional features such as pre-fill bag inflation and integrated densification systems can improve filling efficiency and material settling during operation.
