Bulk bag fillers are frequently used for fertilizer, grain, seed, flour, sugar, salt, animal feed, minerals, chemicals, and other industrial products.
What Types of Bulk Bag Fillers Are Available?
Bulk bag fillers are typically available in two configurations: suspended hanging fillers and bottom-supported platform fillers. Both styles can operate with either gross weigh or net weigh scale systems. Gross weigh systems fill and weigh the bag at the same time, while net weigh systems pre-weigh material before filling begins. Commonly fed by gravity flow, slide gates, butterfly valves, rotary valves, or auger feeding systems.
